I read that he is doing dragon ball Z and without a trace wanted him back for more episodes but he told them he was unavailable to do them as he had the prior commitment to Dragon ball Z. He said they were upset about it but he could nothing about it.
So I guess his days as detective Mars are done unless his dragon ball z gig falls through or ends abruptly.
