OK this has nothing to do with your post sorry. I read an article in my local New paper about in Iowa they are going to start giving a 5.00 reward to anyone who turns in a stray cat to the local animal services and then the animal will be euthanized. they have a law now that all Feral animals will be euthanized if they are strays. Its so sad.... I just wondered if you had heard of it yet.
