Anyone know what's happened to that fantastic resource site Buffy vs Angel? It was at www.buffy-vs-angel.com and I was there not that long ago. Help - BtVS sites are vanishing!!! . .
Thanks. I have Buffyworld and one other but I loved the easiness of using BvA. I hate it when sites disappear with no warning *clings to the remaining sites*
Disappearing for sure and it's all very sad. :( I wish I could time travel back to the mid nineties and start all over again...what a thing to think...if wishes were horses...
Well the problem is BtVS is sort of a first generation internet-connected TV show and we don't know how long all the Buffy related sites will last. I'm always scared that my favorite fics will vanish :(
I've invested in several multi-gig flashdrives and have copied all my favorite fics and other 'verse web pages onto them, just in case. I saved the opening page and final pages of BAPS that way for posterity, and thankfully I saved the episode summaries and transcripts of Buffy Vs Angel on floppy discs a few years ago. (Although it's not the same as having them still online where everyone can visit them and share them!)
