Well I don't know what they've got plnned for Eliza Dushku but Tim Minear is now teaming up with Todd Holland for something called "Miracle Man".
I have nothing against Keanu Reeves but I had such a crush on Michael Rennie/Klaatu way back when. Also I'm tired of all these remakes which are genrally worse than the originals. There's talk of another "Dune", "The Illustrated Man", "Escape to Witch Mountain" plus a re-do of the original "Star Trek" set at the Academy with young versions of our heroes including Zachary Quuinto playing Spock (I liked Klaatu but I loooved Leonard Nimoy/Spock so this is pretty upsetting). There's just so little original stuff coming out of Hollywood *sigh*.
