Well "Moonlight" was a bit better this week. In attempting to differentiate it from other vampire shows it's revealed that a stake in the heart will paralyze a vampire and there are vampire "cleaners" who are called to clean-up a messy kill (wasn't there a group on "Forever Knight" who prevented the existence of vampires from becoming known to the general public?). Still no reveal as to why they like to sleep in refrigerators and freezers. They use the terms sire and turned but the new ones are newbies (how contemporary) not fledglings. Also Mick's name is too close to Nick (Knight) for my liking and I still find the actor too bland to intrigue me and this is making me appreciate Kyle Schmid of "Blood Ties" even more.
Tommorow is the 700th anniversary of the arrests of the Knights Templar in France. Anyone have a spare $8,377 for a copy of a limited edition of the Catholic Church's newly published secret archive documents on the Knights Templar? Only 799 copies published (why that number?). I wonder if Dan Brown is buying a copy? (read about it here)
