In the UK there's a show that's apparently something like our Jerry Lewis telethon but for Children in Need. One of the bits of entertainment was Doctor Who: Time Crash (warning: there are a few spoilers for the 4th season on the page) where Doctor #10 (David Tennant) runs into Doctor #5 (Peter Davison). It's very witty and well done and fits beautifully into the canon.
