shakatanyThis just in: An eagle ray jumped in a boat and stabbed a woman with its barb, killing her and dying from being trapped on the boat (read about it here). This of course brings to mind Steve Irwin's death-by-ray a couple of years ago. I never realized how dangerous they were as my only acquaintance with rays came from watching the characters of "Flipper" swim with them.
On a lighter note there's a bobcat named Ginger who taught herself to use the toilet (does she flush?) and has become a YouTube star. See it here.
