Ishmael was a crossover to end all crossovers. I don't know how she got away with it as HCtB was made by Screen Gems Television not Paramount. Did no one notice? I think the only the only thing that could have inspired such a crossover was that Mark Lenard, David Soul and Robert Brown had acted on both shows. Ishmael implied that Aaron Stemple was Amanda Grayson's ancestor so it appears that there might be some hereditary reason for Amanda to have been attracted to Sarek. I also loved the references to "Doctor Who", "Bonanza", "Have Gun Will Travel" (which Roddenberry wrote for) and possibly the Hokas. I think I have to go now and re-read it *g*
