Cobwebsite

ozarque's lj which introduced to me the term cobwebsite--I love it. It's so descriptive of abandoned sites. I can just see in my mind's eye the cobwebs and dust accumulating there. I wonder how long they will last? How long before the sites crumble into the ether of cyberspace or something, beyond the reach of even the Wayback Machine. I wonder...and worry.
