RIP Fred the Cat

Way back in February I posted a link to a story about a cat who was used to catch a fake veterinarian. Unfortunately the "Undercover Kitten" was killed in a car accident last Thursday (see story here). I hope in the 6 months since his assignment he enjoyed a good life. Unfortunately he's not the only cat I know who was killed by a car *sigh*

The Last Laugh

I read somewhere that in October there'll be an auction at Christie's (!!!!) of "40 Years of Star Trek: The Collection". I never had any authentic souvenirs but I knew a few Trekkers back in the day who amassed such stuff. The grups thought they were a bit too obsessive collecting what they considered to be junk but I have a feeling those Trekkers may be having the last laugh.
