It's VB Day

It's Victory over Bush Day!!! The country finally came to its senses and Dubya is hobbled for the last two years of his term. Perhaps now we can undo a lot of the damage done by Dubya and his cronies and find a way out of the Iraq fiasco.

No-Knead Bread

For any bakers out there - I came across this recipe for No-Knead Bread in today's New York Times and thought it sounded terrific. If I ever have a kitchen that I can really cook in I plan to try it.
