This day started out badly. The weather is overcast and was made gloomier when I saw a taxi run over a pigeon with an ominous pop. Poor little beastie! Also there are people on my flist who are having hard times - 2006 has been a difficult year especially the latter half.

But I've just found a little ray of sunshine.

sexymermaid has informed me that I have been nominated for The Delight Award (best reader) at The Forbidden Awards. Many, many thanks to whoever nominated me. You've certainly brightened my day.
