Vanishing Website
Jun. 27th, 2007 11:13 amI just discovered that
edibbeahas posted a warning at Deepest Darkest Desires that she plans on eventually taking down her website :(
Edibbea is the author of "Secrets", one of my favorite Spander fics and one that brought me deeper into the world of Spander 4 or 5 years ago. She was also one of my first correspondents as I ventured into making friends in the Buffyverse-on-theWeb. When last I heard from her in 2005, she wrote that she was lacking the motivation to finish her fics and was drifting out of fandom. I feel sad but it's her life and I must accept that (yeah right). Secrets is still at Tales from the Attic and I hope it will remain there. Edi also hosted several other authors including Yin who fortunately now has her own website at http://jinjurly.com/yin/. If there are any other fics that you read and liked at DDD better head over there and save them. At least Edi has given her fans fair warning *runs off to change links*.
