Harold Wilson: I'm an optimist, but I'm an optimist who takes his raincoat. I like that
Last night James Marsters returned to "Without a Trace" and had several scenes though his storyarc is still separate from the main storyline in each episode. I think that when Poppy Montgomery goes on maternity leave they'll bring his arc to the forefront - however this WGA strike might upset the timing of this and other shows. Speaking of the strike your pet is invited to join other pets in supporting the strike - see here LOL
I mostly dislike ads on TV but Charmin has an ad that's a tribute to the late Mr Whipple (Dick Wilson) which pleases me as so rarely do advertisers acknowledge the passing of an ad icon.
Yesterday's New York Times had an article on pet social networks!!! (read about it here). Now I know pets have blogs and LJs (hello
morgiecat) but now they're networking?
Speaking of pet blogs I've come across this heart-warming site, The Daily Coyote, about a woman who's adopted a coyote pup and, along with her cat, is raising him in a one-room cabin. I worry about what will happen to Charlie when he's grown as I just saw an ad for a coyote-fur hammock in the paper - yuck.
And in the what-will-they-think-of-next category there's a site out there, Purrcast, that's posting the sounds of cats purring.
Finally for any "Heroes" fans out there New York magazine has posted obits for Nathan Petrelli and Niki Sanders.
