LOL!! It almost makes me want to go out and by the phone.
In yesterday's New York Times there was an article titled Low-Tech Fixes for High-Tech Problems which had some hints that might prove useful.
Also it may be true bad sleeping habits are driving us mad not that mental problems cause bad sleeping patterns - see here.
