Buddy

I came across this story of Buddy, a dog whose leg was broken and yet managed to get himself into an ER where workers took him to a vet. No one knows how he figured out to go to an ER but perhaps it has the same smells as a veterinarian's clinic and he thought he could be healed there. I once read a story where a dog, who got a snoutful of porcupine quills, was taken to a vet by his owner to have them removed. The next time it happened he went there by himself. I just love stories like these about fur persons *g*

Animals are sooo intelligent and they're telepathic as well. :) Our lot have just refused to go out 'cos there are fireworks going off. Someone must have won the UK Lotto. Good for them, but a shame for the dogs. :(

When Carol's Airedale Abby was still alive we could always tell when a thunderstorm was approaching because she would head for her crate in the basement. It may not be telepathy but animals definitely have other senses than we do and the ones we have in common are sharper.
